And now, for something completely different...
(One line a day, every day, until President Trump is re-elected).
"Good evening, and welcome to NightLine... I'm not Ted Koppel: We begin tonight with feedback, and not the distortion type that made Jimi such a phenomena, rather the constructive type as to this site, where a friend and new reader said (it), 'Needs explanation,' which is fair enough, so the response was, in our informal and populist style, 'The year 2020 needs an explanation, and it ain't out there,' followed by, 'And, will do you one better by expanding with tonight's line, as new readers such as yourself are not privy to the past 260 or so daily lines (yet), themselves after a decade's worth of crafting, all with a simple, but not simplistic, purpose: each line takes a minute or so to read, sometimes even less, but if it stirs an emotion, or a lasting thought, or at best, sparks a conversation, all with the aim of humor and truth to oppose all the hate and deception out there, and, always written with substance, with the ultimate goal to be a voice for the good, it will succeed,' and responded to with, '... Ok the thing is The Fine Line failed to captivate...,' again, fair criticism, and brings us to AG Bill Barr, who in a strong stance today called out so much of what's wrong with our country, and was immediately attacked for his word choice, obscuring the point that what the Dem shutdowns have truly been are a form of incarceration, but only for the free and law abiding, and to paraphrase the words of famed intellectual and longtime Gulag resident Alexandr Solzhenitsyn, the health of a society can be judged by who's in jail, which says everything about 2020."
(Please continue to tune in, every night at 11:30... ish).
